Looks like Rivera made some difficult decisions today to hopefully turn the Panthers season around.

While Playoffs look slim, they’re still possible and Panthers Head Coach, Ron Rivera, made some necessary changes to the organization on Monday morning to make that dream a possible reality. Rivera has relieved defensive line coach Brady Hoke and assistant secondary/cornerbacks coach Jeff Imamura and demoted defensive coordinator, Eric Washington, to defensive line coach (he will split duties with Sam Mills III); Rivera will take over defensive calling duties.

Is this the right move for the Panthers? Only time will tell. What we do know is the personnel feels the pressure and that’s a good thing; adversity is nothing new for this team. They won’t back out now.
